WHEN USING CYC WALL, PLEASE DO NOT STEP ON THE CURVE OF THE WALL, WHICH IS THE BASE. THIS MEANS YOU CANNOT LEAN ON EITHER WALLS. ALSO, DO NOT PLACE TAPE ON FLOOR AS IT WILL REMOVE THE PAINT UPON REMOVAL. DAMAGE ON THE CYC WALL WILL BE BILLED.

Yosemite Place
This is a building used by many great artists -- please be mindful of common areas and do not discard garbage in any receptacle other than 8:45a's Studio's trash cans.
Non-Smoking
The studio and building does not allow smoking inside the building of any kind.
Sound
There is a dance studio next door, and depending on their schedule, (loud) music can be played. The studio would not be great for any long-form/interview content since external noises cannot be controlled.

There are 4 Blink security cameras in the studio:

Furniture/Layout
Furniture can be moved as needed but must stay inside the studio. Please take a photo of the space before moving things, as they will need to be placed back.

It's warm in here with all the light!
Open the two windows, keep the front door open with the doorstop, and run the fan to get things cooled down.
